Apart of having well theory and practical knowledge of System Designing, Digital Skills, Business and marketing in general (Digital & local), here down are list of my success;

1. FOUNDER and CEO Of DENI APP a package transportation mobile app, AKILIKUBWA SOKO an Ecommerce App, AKILIFORUM a web digital learning platform, AKILIKUBWA FAMILY and MILIONEA CHALLENGE a project to  provide business mentorship for small business owners also Digital Experts. 

2. I won award as Founder of the Year in MediaPreneur Year 2021. Among, Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, Nigeria, Ghana, Zambia, Rwanda and SouthAfrica. Awarding: FOYA awards- NAIROBI KENYA.

3. In 2024 I won Two Awards, First, Young CEO of the Year in TechPreneur provided by Young CEO RoundTable, Second, Tanzania Emerging Youth Of the Year in TechPreneur provided by TEYA AWARDS (Emerging Generation Initiative)

4. Trainer of Google digital skills for Africa Project of 2019, in Coastal regions (Dar es salaam, Tanga & Pwani)

5. Trainer on Capacity Building in Digital Marketing For Marketing Managers of all Tanzanian Local radio station, 2020, organized by Tanzania Development Information Organization (TADIO) & OPEN MIND ORGANIZATION

6. Trainer on Digital Marketing & sales for small business owners, project of  OPEN MIND ORGANIZATION, year 2021.

7. Key trainer on Sales & Marketing For all staffs of Real Estate Company (ULTIMATE ESTATE CO LTD) from 2022 - 2024
